This is terrible. Staff is awful. No idea what they are doing. Order to pick up after 7? Good luck they 'll just lock the doors and make go through the drive-thru. After that 40 min wait. Your foods canceled. "Like, sorry dude, that was like 30 mins ago. "Yea, I called ahead of time say I was stuck in the drive-thro because you locked the doors. Just do the city a favor and shutthis useless place down.
When you order everything supreme and nothing was supreme. Spend almost $10 on a number 2 supreme just to get 3 regular tacos. Crunchwrap supreme, yet again no supreme, taco supreme, no supreme. No sign on the front door saying what time they were closed,we got there at 843pm and the door was locked, yet there was 2 customers sitting in there eating.
Come on, Taco Bell, you can do better. I ordered a Crunchwrap that looked fantastic in the drive-thru advertisement. When I actually received it, though, it was thin and mushy—definitely no crunch at all. And those nacho fries? They're priced too high for the little portion you get. Your prices keep increasing, but the quality just keeps declining.
Our delivery driver had to wait in an incredibly long line. This Taco Bell is the worst—everyone in town knows it. They consistently make mistakes with our orders and take an excessive amount of time. Our food arrived cold and soggy, which was not the driver's fault. The experience for late-night deliveries with Uber Eats or DoorDash isn't ideal. The website indicates that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9 PM, it was already locked. There's no reason to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru when the order is already prepared and could easily be handed out outside.
This order was significantly better, as all the Cravings Boxes were actually inside their boxes and easier to distribute. The only issue was that one of the boxes was supposed to include chips and cheese, for which I paid an extra fee, but I didn't receive them.
This restaurant has a new manager and it's back in action! I had four cars ahead of me, but I received fresh food with the perfect amount of hot sauce in just six minutes. Amazing! For those of you who were worried about long wait times, you can rest easy.
They gave me seltzer water instead of Sierra Mist, they were out of syrup. Driver had to wait in drive thru since they closed the doors for walk in. Received my food cold. Not cool Taco Bell! I had to throw the drinks out and my food was cold! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
