I have to admit that I’m not really into fast food anymore, but I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. I'm not sure why they're so focused on using kiosks, but when I expressed my concern, the staff quickly allowed me to order at the register. Normally, I tend to walk out of places that insist on kiosk use, but since I rarely eat fast food these days, I was a bit taken aback. I was really pleased that the woman at the counter didn’t push me to use a kiosk; she simply said, "No problem," and assisted me instead. In this place the employees looks like they are working in their bad days because they are very rude, the food is good but the customer service is terrible. And never bring a $100 bill they never have change maybe because they didn’t sell anything all day I don’t know what’s going on. They should contract happy people to work here. No music and heavy ambient.
The staff's attention to customers was lacking, especially from the management. I have no complaints about the team preparing the food, but there were issues with the availability of utensils, napkins, and sauces. These items were kept out of reach, and when I asked for them, the staff displayed a negative attitude. They really need to improve in this area.
The setup is really good, but be careful when driving off so you don’t hit the barrier poles. The drive-thru was very fast. They were out of a few drinks, like Baja Blast, but you can’t win them all. The only downside is it’s located on Misión, so you can’t turn left when leaving—only right. Hopefully, you’re not heading into Misión.

The manager would not accept cash and would not give me a code for the bathroom. She kept saying if the door is locked that means there is somebody in there I waited twenty minutes and there was nobody there. I am not eating here anymore. The Taco bell was empty at the time and I am used to this treatment in both oakland and hayward.

I finish work at midnight, and most fast food spots are already closed by the time I get home. It’s great to know Taco Bell stays open until 1 a.m. Perfect for a late-night meal or snack.
I had a wonderful experience! All I needed to do was download the app, and then I was able to get my food afterward. The service was quick and efficient.
