I really enjoy Taco Bell, but I've encountered some issues at this particular location. There have been times when they were unexpectedly closed in the middle of the day. On three separate occasions, my order was incorrect, and I only discovered the mistakes once I got home. However, I have to give them credit for how they handled the situation; when I reached out to report the errors, they made an effort to resolve the issue and even offered me a coupon for complimentary food on my next visit. It's possible they were temporarily short-staffed, which may explain their inconsistent hours and the order mix-ups. I went through the drive-thru, and after placing my order, the attendant asked me to confirm that everything on the screen was correct. I had ordered two regular soft tacos, a taco supreme without cheese, and a nacho Bel Grande. Everything on the screen looked right, but when I got home, I found that my granddaughter's taco supreme had cheese on it. I don't understand why they even bothered to ask me to check the screen if they were going to get the order wrong anyway!
We went there for the Enchiritos. We tried them at the Taco Bell on Pleasant Grove previously, and they didn't have any onions or beans. However, the ones we got from this restaurant were made correctly and tasted great. The wait in the drive-thru took 29 minutes, which was a bit crazy, but it was definitely worth it.
