Went in for lunch time. The doors were all locked had to knock on the window when the employees finally let us in. They have a dinning room opened sign and store hrs from 9am-12am yet all the doors were closed. Once we were let in the employees were veryrude and telling us that the dinning room was closed. We ordered our food and someone else came by the door so we let them inand we found out it was another employee who also proceeded to be rude and let us know the dinning room is closed as once wasn?tenough and they had signs indicating otherwise. Manager/ owner needs to better train and care for their store since theemployees don?t seem to want to be there doing their job and serving custo...
This is by far, the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to and for more reasons than one. The only reason I go to it is that it is the closest location to where I work. Aside from getting food poisoning several years back, this place has the worsthours. Tried going in the morning about a month ago and there was a sign posted stating they open at 10 am. Tried going forlunch around 1ish yesterday. Doesn't matter what time of day, the dining room is ALWAYS closed. So I then trying going throughthe drive-thru and when I tried ordering a item on the menu, the person said they've been out of the item for 2 months. I?m just having a hard time believing that this Taco Bell is the only one with no customers while the surrounding Taco Bell?s are packed and over a 30 minute wait. Anybody with any kind of common sense will realize that the staff purposely closes downthe windows shut it all down so when you drive up it looks like it?s closed. It sucks that the employees are running this TacoBell poor management or maybe you don?t care.
I showed up and the indoors was closed, even to order and take out. I was bummed The drive-thru line had about 5 cars waiting to order. But to my surprise , the line went pretty fast. The young lady who took our order was polite and accurate. Props to the cooks for getting the orders out quickly and the food was tasty. Will come back.
Did an order online. Didn?t get any red sauce or chipotle sauce. food was cold. Just horrible. And ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and it looked like some different kind of meat like steak was on it. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Everyone in there looked likekids. Didn?t see a manager around. Unprofessional.
