When I told them they gave me the wrong one they remade it and put rice and strips. Then I had told them they messed up again, it’s supposed to be a cheesy double beef burrito, with no rice and strips. They remade it, and it had no rice with strips. At this point I drove off decided to make a review instead of being a Karen. When I pay for something to eat, I expect it to be right the first time. If I could give them a zero on service I would!! Been there 3x in last couple of weeks, later at night. The people working are awful, rude, and disrespectful kids. Had their friends in drive-thru window on foot. Giving them stuff out of the window.... made me pull around front to wait bc their system was down. people were outside smoking weed and laughing and cutting up. Then when they realized I was waiting came and told me that their sewer was backed up and they couldn 't serve anyone!! Ridiculous!! We ordered 2 luxe cravings boxes and one of the cheesy Gordita crunches didn’t have extra nacho cheese so we asked for an extra side and the manager said that he was sure that he put nacho cheese and then he came out to the table and put his hand into our taco to look for the nacho cheese and when we told him we needed it to be remade cause he put his hand in it and he said I have gloves on. Very very rude and unprofessional especially for a manager and very gross. We got a refund and left save you time. Employees said they aren’t affiliated with the app. I had ordered from the kiosk inside the store. Employees finally found and made the order. Manager on duty never came out. Taco shells were stale! The food at Taco Bell was possibly the best I have ever had. It was very fresh and served very quickly. The person who took our order was very nice. I would highly recommend their ground beef burrito. Service was excellent. This is a great place for a quick and affordable lunch.
The burritos were supposed to include lettuce, tomato, cheese, sauce, onions, and red sauce, but they only had meat. The potatoes were overcooked, and there were no sauce or napkins provided.
My dasher was amazing he did wonderful! My burrito was good Ill admit but I wasnt to pleased with my taco
