Our entire order from Taco Bell was completely wrong, with missing items, and they don’t even answer the phone. It’s unbelievable. Whenever someone picks up, they just hang up immediately. On top of that, they were sarcastic when I called about the order. I want a manager or district manager from Taco Bell to contact me as soon as possible. This isn’t the first time this has happened! The menu experience here has been consistently disappointing.
Ordered over $30 of food on the app. Food was checked in long before I even arrived. Got to the restaurant and was told that they were out of almost everything that I ordered. Was told that they were unable to offer me a refund or do anything about it.Their solution was to call customer service (they didn?t have the number and I can find it no where online) or to call mybank. Terrible service, never ceases to disappoint here.
Just sat in drive thru for 5 minutes and got no service so I moved up to the window and could clearly hear someone inside and sat at the window for another 5 minutes to no avail. Normally it?s wrong food or out of something or the grill is down. This ishonestly the worst of the 4 in the area your better off driving out of your way to get better service or service at all and morethan likely the right food.
Terrible. Had trouble getting it right then once I got home and bit into it, the shell of the taco was so hard it almost broke my tooth. Barley any meat and a ridiculous price, charged me for ingredients that weren't included, and when I tried to call a couple times they hung up, didn't even let me get a refund because I touched the food. This place always has some sort of issue. They constantly close for every reason you could possibly think of. Poor customer service and food quality. Tired of being let down by this establishment. Won?t be back. Make the employees learn how to workproperly and stay open when they should be, then maybe the establishment will have a better reputation.
Decent buffet, though adding some seafood options would be a nice touch. The slot machines are entertaining but could use some updates with newer games. The hotel is beautiful, but the pool is small. Overall, had a fun time.
The new Nacho Fries were underwhelming: the serving size was too small, and the piece of steak was excessively large. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
