In den letzten beiden Besuchen bei diesem Taco Bell fand ich das Essen fade, der Käse war nicht geschmolzen, das Essen sah aus, als wäre es einfach in die Verpackungen geworfen worden, und in den Aufklebern fehlten bestimmte Zutaten, wie bei der Taco-Pizza und den Crunchwraps. Diese Filiale in der Ramsteiner Food Court ist normalerweise sehr gut. Irgendetwas hat sich zum Schlechten verändert.
Food taste old… very old. They got my order wrong not a big deal) and the supervisor argues with me without even looking at my receipt that I’m holding in my hand. My crunch wrap had very little to no topping/ingredients. It was just a hard taco shell covered by a soft shell and a little bit of sour cream and bits of lettuce. It tasted old, stale, and disgusting. No quality control here.
Was ist hier mit dem Essen in letzter Zeit los?? Ich habe eine mexikanische Pizza bestellt und der Geschmack war, als wäre sie vor 10 Jahren gemacht worden! Alte Zutaten? So oder so, das Ding hat so bitter geschmeckt! Zumindest kann man bei den weichen Tacos nichts falsch machen... aber ich bin mir sicher, das kommt auch noch!
Everytime i order at taco bell take out, items are missing. We did not get our chicken quesadilla and the grill cheese burrito still had sour cream. When i ordered it without. Im very disappointed in the service that was provided. It's not the person that is taking the order, it's the people that prepare the order. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I visited today (4/25) during lunch. The line was stupid long but i was only in line for like 8 minutes. And then the lady who gave me my food was so sweet and friendly even after I messed up my salsa order. The food came out perfect too. Idk about everyone else but I’d rate it a 10/10 for today
Customer service is horrible, the people who work here don't care about the customers. The food isn't great, food is made with no care. Worst taco bell that I have ever been to.
It’s a Taco Bell an yeah I liked it. To get that in Europe it’s a experience The food was like Taco Bell was one of our burritos was not that hot. But so far 4 stars worth
Employees are hit or miss. There is one employee that is especially difficult and persuades people not to order stuff if it has to be specially made. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
