This place is a total junk. First of all, lady who was making food in the kitchen went to open a restroom for me, grabbed the key, opened it for me touching the door and then went back to kitchen and kept working in the same gloves! Then, after seeing this, I asked to cancel my order, Mr. Steven (if I’m correct) asked me “Do you want to cancel your order?” I said again “Please cancel my order” he asked me again “Do you want to cancel your order?” Three times we played this stupid game. He said he wanted answer “YES” from me. Is this a joke? Interrogation?! Interview?! I said clearly three times I wanted to cancel my order. Ask to use the restroom and upon entering their was vomit all over the toilet and when I told them it was in need of servicing they ignored my request and placed the restroom out of service and didn't clean or let me use the other restroom. Completely unacceptable while I waited an employee used the restroom and that was even more rude to not allow me to use it. The ride to this Taco Bell location is right next to McDonald's, but don't worry, you won't be disappointed. The service is excellent and the food is top-notch, with everything being hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is friendly and the parking lot, while small, had plenty of spaces available. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience thanks to the wonderful Taco Bell team.
Picked up drive-thru. Not too much to say. Don't eat fast food very often and Taco Bell was off the radar for decades, but maybe some nostalgia kicked in- memories of spending $3 for a meal after a surf. Once again, my own experience at the TACO BELL restaurant in Seal Beach, California went just a-okay once again. And now, it gets even better today (Thursday, November 17, 2022) just one week ahead of Thanksgiving Day.
I go there every day because the McDonald's line next door is too long. Today at 2 in the afternoon after lunch) it took 15 minutes to get my order. Meanwhile the McDonald's didnt have a line. A HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART
