Manager was very ride and obviously racist. I will never return to this taco bell. No cheese between the shellson the cheesy gordita crunch and the inside hard shell was completly crushed. He told me and my Co worker that we had to order on the in lobby tablet. A we are trying to navigate it to see the menu another gentleman approached the counter and he immediately comes over and takes his order. After he finished we re approach the counter as we did not have a card to use at the tablet and just wanted to order off the visible menu. Eating has always been good. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick service as usual, but I didn't pay all the food I ordered. Although they seemed to be on the ball they seemed F*CKED UP MY ORDER! I usually ignore this, but this is the third time in six months I paid for. I will be absolutely back to this place (Old Hickory Blvd I40) this location is well run. I had bad and really slow experiences elsewhere. This place is better than others. I will definitely check my hard drive although bag to insure, mine or was completely filled.
I have tried this location three or four times because it is closer to my home than other Taco Bell stores. I was disappointed the last two visits when ingredients were left off my tacos. Ingredients for which I paid extra. I guess I will have to go alittle out of my way in the future to ensure my meal is correct. Well, that or begin opening the wrappers to check their work.
I went to this restaurant late at night and ordered the 3 soft taco combo. Unfortunately, one of the tacos only had meat and lettuce, and all three had very little meat, lettuce, and cheese. I was very disappointed with the quality and would not return to this restaurant.

normally, when I order online, other taco bell stalls wait until I arrived to make my food. he decided to do it before I arrived. when I got it, my food was cold and stuck on the packaging. I wanted to call. no answer. will not come to this place again. $10 and my time.
This Taco Bell location is excellent, with some of the friendliest fast food employees I've ever met. The steak quesadilla that was made for me at 4:30 today was the best one I've ever had from Taco Bell. Keep up the great work!
My husband and I eat Taco Bell quite a lot! This location is very clean and the food is always hot and fresh! They have great customer service and we will definitely be back again!
I ordered through the app and waited shortly in Drive thru for my order. Everything was made correctly and sauces were not forgotten.
