I visited the restaurant today, February 22, 2024, at 11:28 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I spent $16.82 and received my change, but I didn’t get a receipt. When I asked for one, the staff member—a heavyset lady with a tattoo on her neck—seemed annoyed and walked away, leaving a nice young employee to assist me instead. I suspect that the receipt might have been taken from her pocket.
To make matters worse, I noticed that one of the items I ordered was missing from my bag. So, not only did I leave without a receipt, but I also didn’t receive all of my order. The attitude I encountered was frustrating as well. I recommend that management pay closer attention...
I'm sure there are some that would say they love the food. We used to also. We would go there once in a while just to get something fast. Unfortunately, over the past 2 years we've seen the quality and taste of the food decline.The Crunch Wrap used to be my favorite. My husband's was the soft beefy Taco. Last night when we there we noticed the greatest difference. Fillings were very scant, none of the food tasted the way it did before. Also, we never expected the food to be really hot temperature, but at least it was warm. This time it was cold and the dining area was even colder. Had to keep our jackets on.Sorry Taco Bell this was our last visit.
It's a Taco Bell, but unfortunately, this location isn't great. About half the time, they mess up or forget an item from my order. One of the most frustrating aspects is the outrageous $10 Cravings Box, which has doubled in price and shrunk in size over the past couple of years. To add insult to injury, the Taco Bell on Roosevelt in Villa Park offers their Cravings Box for just $6. If you have the option, I recommend going to that location instead.
I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and let me tell you this location is one of the better ones. They pay attention if you make adjustments to your order and they don’t skimp out on the amount of ingredients in each item. Everything’s fresh and the staff are pleasant. The inside tables were also clean which I appreciate. Would highly recommend this location.

Drive thru wait at 1230am was about 15 minutes after placing my order only to leave with the worst Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos. They were mostly just a triple rolled tortilla with minimal beans, rice, and sauce. Go to the Roosevelt location
I went for a quick snack and was totally ignored by the 2 female employees. I stood in line for 4-5 minutes, no one acknowledged my existence. So, I'm done with Taco Bell.
Jasmine was incredibly helpful. This Taco Bell always has polite and top-notch customer service. That's why I prefer coming to this Taco Bell over other locations!
Before leaving, make sure to check your order. It seems like they intentionally make mistakes. I won't be returning.

They got our order wrong. I asked for all vegetables, but they served me beef instead.
