The employee went far and beyond.First off I placed my order at the kiosk and came time to pay. Normally I tap my credit card, but it wasn’t working. Also tried to insert my card. It didn’t work. In less than 15 seconds, the employee saw I was having problems and came out there and told me I had to swipe it first and then insert it.The employee was very nice, very courtesy, well spoken, and well mannered.He also apologized to me for the equipment malfunction.He then served me my order, and as always, the food was totally awesome.Keep up the excellent work at this location. It’s the only one I go to.
This restaurant has greatly declined in quality. I visited late last night and the food was awful. I ended up throwing away half of my meal. The worst part was the Cinnabon Delights, which I usually love. They were rock hard—every single one in the 12-pack. Additionally, when I requested a few packets of mild sauce because there were none included in my order, the staff member handed me two handfuls in a way that felt quite irritated. I will definitely not be returning.
Only complaint is the tacos are getting more and more expensive and not as filling . Establishment was clean and well lit with beverage dispenser for free refills on dining room. I really like this place and the service was good as well and it's newly renovated with a drive through can't really go wrong .
Fist they charge mec 28.82 for 6 tacos I understand mistakes are make so then they tell me I'll get my refund in 3 day ? As it took 3 seconds to take it off my card. Then while driving home I discover they are ice cold . I'm done with Taco bell I'll make my own at home if I want tacos again.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally made an error with my order, and when I brought it to their attention, they were quick to assist me and resolve the issue. They definitely exceeded typical customer service standards. Jay H
