Went through the drive thru, the girl who took my order was friendly and upbeat. We ordered a decent amount of food and I started to drive off after we got it. Thankfully I listened to my friend and checked our bag bc they had forgot 2 things. So I pulled around to park. Their entrance is a little annoying, you have to walk around this metal thing instead of just walking straight to the door. Running inside wasn’t a big deal, I didn’t have anywhere to be, just a little annoying. I had to wait a few mins but they gave me the missing food. This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. I happened to stop in Gahanna while I was at the vet, and I was pleasantly surprised. The Taco Bell near my home is terrible and has put me off the chain entirely, but I decided to give this location a shot. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly, and my food arrived hot and made just right. If you've had a bad experience like I did, I highly recommend visiting the Taco Bell in Gahanna.
At 9:53 AM, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could order from the regular menu. I had been expecting to be stuck with just breakfast items, but instead, I enjoyed options like tacos, burritos, and even pizza for breakfast! There are few better ways to start the day than with a delicious crunchy taco supreme!
Everyone on the staff is always so friendly and happy. They are quick to get my order ready. And it is always hot, fresh and most important, it's accurate!! I appreciate their dedication to great customer service and food.

I love Taco Bell!! And I particularly love our Taco Bell in Gahanna. I do wish they would clean the tables more often, but otherwise great place. Never a bad experience.
It must have been an off night. The drive-thru cashier was using a lot of profanity, including some words I had never heard before, so at least I learned something new.
Clean store. Friendly staff.
