This store is terrible. For the last 3 years they have consistently messed up my order or served food that was burnt, not properly made, or just put quality stale tortillas, runny beans, etc. . This is before Covid and staff shortages. Most recently yesterday I had a young employee yell at me when I told her my order was wrong. First she was like, Well why did you say you were the pickup order for and i responded Because I am. Then she actually screamed, I'm looking at my screen right now!! Then she fought me on giving me my receipt and didn't give me my drink at all. I tried to call the store and no one answers. The store number isn't on the receipt for feedback to Taco Bell. Worst Taco bell ive been too in a long time.Ordered a doritos loco taco Supreme. Got a regular taco. Got a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights 3 out of 12 had the cream center in them. Got the beef burrito off of the 2 menu every bite was different. One bite beef ,one bite cheese, last couple bites was nothing but chips. The cheese roll up was bad also the tortilla was super chewy and tasted old. Took two bites to get to the cheese on both ends. So it was more tortilla than anything.
I came to this taco bell more than enough. as I stand here at 34 minutes waiting for my order in her building I consider the idea of literally which objects they will forget in my very small order of 2 chicken quesidilla and 2 1 kartoffeln burritos. To be honest, I am not a fan of this taco bell. its extremely slow and the workers are very inaccurate with the commands. update 6:22 . they have forgotten to make our order. changed from one 2 to one 1
that was the last start I ever buy. I ordered a pizza for delivery. the supplier was late, parked before smoking in his car for minutes before my pizza. the pizza was a completely uncooked chaos. totally disgusting and did not eat a bite, I immediately called after the pizza and they said they would give the money back, but never. the Taco bell should be opened at 7 o'clock until 7:30 o'clock three times through the drivethru and knocked on the door, and no one answered. if it says it opens at 7 o'clock, I can understand 7:05 maybe even 7:10 but 30 minutes after and their still closed is unacceptable when it says 7am at their door and their running gear thru window and their not open, that is not okay
It took 52 minutes to get our food and there was only 2 cars in front of us. Not only that, but, only one thing in our order was correct. All of the food had black beans and water as a substitute as beef. There was literally no meat in our entire order.
Food is fine. It's taco bell. It's the service here that's bad. Unfortunately they can't hire enough people to staff this very busy location and the people they do have are slower than molasses. So if you're in any sort of hurry don't come here.
