Best Taco Bell in the world. I’m not lying when I say the customer service here was the best anyone will ever be treated in any restaurant ever. Chris was extremely helpful, patient, and polite while taking my order. Chris literally deserves the best employee award in Canada. The food was fresh and the tacos were actually quite filling. Here I tried a new flavour of Mountain Dew called Baja Blast. It tasted like a slurpee. Five stars and would definitely recommend.
You know.... it's Taco Bell. No one comes here expecting excellence. I'm not even expecting the correct food in my take out. I'll hold up the drive thru until I check everything out. I can't count how many times I made the mistake of driving home first. It's one of the better ones though. University Ave was a disaster I'm sure that's why they were closed for months. One old woman allowed me to use bathroom. After using washroom, one junk old lady with ugly rude face at the counter says “customers only washroom. You should buy something to use washroom”. 1. Why was I given permission to use the washroom in first place? 2. They should display notice that the washroom is only for customers who purchase. We will never visit this inhumane place!! Better than other taco bells I have been to in northern Alberta. They don't stiff you on the fillings. They are a combo location with a KFC. The chicken was average, could have been crispier.
