Can yall season the chicken? Every time I get anything with chicken it is always bland and makes me wish I DID NOT WASTE my money on food. I just came in tonight and got the cantina burrito and they forgot to give me my sauce. I shouldn't have to look in my bag and check if I got everything before leaving. They didn't give me my avocado sauce. I didn't ask for any sauce and now I'm stuck with bland chicken. It wouldn't be so bad if the chicken had some flavor.
My order was incorrect, I asked no sour cream or guacamole. And it was still placed on it. I don't live near the Taco Bell in Forest Hill ,so I tried calling them about my order. The first call I asked to speak to a manager and the staff hung up in my face. The second call the staff put me hold and never returned back to the phone. This Taco Bell is horrible and I don't recommend it......
I’ve had a frustrating experience with the drive-through at this location. They messed up my simple order and forgot several items. I would recommend going to a different location instead of wasting your time here. I felt like I was cheated out of my money. This is definitely not how things should be handled.
Day crew here AMAZING food amazing … night time crew AWFUL. You wouldn’t even think it’s the same food you’re getting. Night time crew puts NO effort into the food they’re handing out. Just gross Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I wish I could give this place negative five stars. I was verbally insulted simply because I asked for the sauce that I had already paid for. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant!
The people were so nice very friendly. Makes driving through an adventure instead of just pulling through throwing your money at someone on a personal call.
The staff were very unprofessional! I was even rude to for simply requesting some sauce. It was a terrible experience.
