This location always withholds pickup orders behind the counter rather than putting it on the pickup shelf like all other ones do. Multiple occasions I've had to stand in line until I could ask for my order, then when I could visibly see it right behind the counter. Kinda defeats the point of doing mobile pickup when you have to stand here for 10 minutes to get an order that's already paid for.
Whenever I go to take an order, you wait for at least 15-30 minutes. Because you listen to the laughter, smiles and conversations between the employees. They only have conversations. The work is slow, very slow. They don't care about incoming customers... it's a stupid workplace.
Has always been good to go to..never leaves you unsatisfied..
