They need to fix there staff I ordered the craving box with the crunch wrap and a beefy 5 layer burrito with the side of cinnamon twists and I also got one of the spicy potato burrito/taco what ever but the only thing they managed to get right was the cinnamon twists the crunch wrap didn’t have the heard Shell in it the 5 layer was supposed to be no beans because I’m allergic to beans but it had beans in it anyway the potato taco didn’t even have any potatoes in it they need to fix something with them selve or shut down because if I ate that burrito I’d be in the hospital right now
I had a great experience at Taco Bell today. The employees were polite and friendly, and they greeted me with a smile. They took my order quickly and accurately, and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The tacos were delicious, fresh and hot. I loved the crunchy shells, the juicy meat, and the spicy sauce. They also gave me plenty of napkins and condiments. I was very satisfied with my meal and the service. I would definitely recommend Taco Bell to anyone who loves tacos and fast food.
The dudes working the drive thru...thank you. I've been going through a really rough time and today was another one. My card declined even though I checked before coming that I had plenty of money on it. Idk why it didn't work so my apologies for that, I'm a mess. But you were understanding when I came back around five minutes later after finding a little cash in my car. Thank you for your customer service!
This is the best Taco Bell! They consistently get my vegetarian orders right, and the food is always fresh and not soggy. When I made a mistake with my order, the manager stepped in with excellent customer service and made sure we were taken care of, even though it was my fault. The interior is bright and clean, and the staff members are always working hard.

The hard shell tacos were crunchy and were not soggy on the bottom from grease. I also had the Mexican pizza, which was also crunchy. It has been a long time since I was at a Taco Bell, and I found it was a whole lot less greasy. I really enjoyed my meal
Asked for 10 hot sauce. It’s clearly listed on the receipt. I got zero who eats Taco Bell without Taco Bell hot sauce? It’s probably my fault for not looking in the bag and double checking but maybe they could just do better also
They messed up my order, and im sure it was simply confusion, but they immediately replaced my order. Thank you.
Always on point never have issues and if they do mess up they fix it asap n give u extras
