a day, after a full ball, my friends and I decided to get something taco bell. but this taco bell was more like taco bright! than my teammates and I walked in the taco bell to order Baja-Blow-Frost and doritos Locos-Taco. this worker came to us screamed to come out and that we had to order online. I never come back here again. I am disappointed and disgusting how they deal with customers and people who go there to have a good time. I will never come back here again and I will take my service to the taco bell in canton il.
I attempted to place an order for my cheesy Gordita Crunch with extra spicy ranch, but the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and yelled at me and my volleyball team, telling us we were unwelcome. I will never return to this location, and my team feels the same way. We'll be heading to the Taco Bell in Canton instead, where the staff is friendly and I can enjoy my delicious Gordita Crunch with extra spicy ranch.
I had to do two separate orders tonight they were unable to complete my first order because their fryer was down. And then on my second order they were out of black beans as well. The employee was less than helpful the first time on the first order and was a little more helpful on the second order. The burritos we got and my nachos were good. However the Baja blast needed to be changed and it was watery.
The location in Macomb, IL, is the worst I've experienced every single time I visit. I'm not sure who is responsible for the service there, but it seems like they are just going through the motions to collect a paycheck. I definitely won't be returning. Always messes up my order. I always request NO BEEF. I end up getting my burritos or tacos with Beef instead of black beans. Bought to the managers attention they just don’t care. The employees are rude, always rushing never paying attention. No hygiene what so ever within some employees.

The lady at the drive through was rude, and not to mention they can never keep certain things in stock, every time I go they’re out of about 3 things.
They are open on weekends and consistently provide delicious food along with excellent customer service. Definitely a place worth visiting! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ordered two veggie power bowls today….This is what we got. Worst tacobell ever….Never getting food from here again.
