my family and I have tried to eat in this taco bell 3 times in the last 5 years and praised each time never to come back. each time had a minimum of 20 minutes. 2 of the 3 times there were computer lights. once was a power failure you can understand and eating is rarely correct. the personal has always been apathetic. some have an empty star of overwork and negative environment. I moved for my post-studio breakfast burrito this morning and thought I knew better than to do that. Maybe they changed. No. I sat at the editor for 3 minutes and then asked, hallo? and one voice informed me that their system was down and would last 10 to 15 minutes to restart. Nobody's behind me and I don't have to...
I really wanted to give a lower rating because the drive thru is SO slow. But the more I thought about it, the more I couldn't and here's why. The guy taking my order (6/28) was friendly and professional (that's not always my experience here). And the time from ordering to recieving my (admittedly small and simple order for just myself and my roommate) was actually very quick. And the 3 ppl I could see inside were all moving with a sense of purpose (not what I expected given how long I waited in line). This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, there were no straws in the straw dispenser even though the restaurant was not busy and they had plenty of time to fill it up, and there were no sports or forks to eat our nachos Bell grande with. Also we ordered large drinks with our combos and when they gave us our order they were no cups on the tray. My brother went up to ask for our cups and a very disinterested employee handed him small cups while playing on her phone. We had to ask a second time to get the right size drink cups. I will never patronize this Taco Bell again and will discourage anybody I know from ever goin...
I usually don't write these reviews, but I hope someone looks higher up. I often go to this taco bell to get a hashbrown burrito, and they are one of the only taco Bell’s I was that it actually makes fresh. I drive an hour of florenz I work next door at the deep, so it is a short place for me to get a meal in the morning. I am frustrated because her coffee machine is downstairs and it has now come to the point where they only say: "we have no coffee". every time they pull me forward to get my food and I'm parked for maybe like 2 seconds and they'll get it out. So what was the parking lot? my manager also told me as soon as the manager was rude. this place just needs some improvement.

We visited the restaurant after the lunch rush and enjoyed quick service, although the dining area could use some improvement. The restrooms were reasonably clean. The staff members were friendly and quite accommodating. The food was generally good, but the dishes that included beans had an overwhelming amount of beans and very little meat, which affected the flavor of a few items. Additionally, it's worth noting that you can no longer order at the counter; instead, you must use one of the two kiosks inside or place your order online. This might be fine for most customers, but I do worry about older patrons or those who aren't as comfortable with technology.
We went after the lunch rush and experienced fast service and the dining area was in need of some attention... bathrooms were decently clean.The employees were friendly and rightly accommodating. The food was good except in anything that had beans, there was too much bean and barely any meat. It did alter the taste of a couple of items. Also, you no longer order at the counter. You must use 1 of the 2 kiosks inside or you can place your order online. This is probably ok for most, but I worry for the older people or the just not so tech savvy people.
through the drive thru. he waited for 45 minutes to place my order that is not a biggie. but after I paid, they told me to go to the sidewalk entrance and they'd get my food out. they said it was a minute for the Mexican pizza. When they had given me orders, I repeated it and they said that was correct. I come home and that one product that was missing is the Mexican pizza that is the only reason why we had to move forward first. then I went on to call the load 5 times without answer.
The food is always okay but tonight I was told the computer system was down in which I understood and waited 6 minutes for them to take my order but when I got to the window I heard them through the glass about how they wanted everyone in the line to go away. I was always curious about how this Taco Bell always had a line and now I know it's slow due to the employees not wanting to take or make the orders.

However, I’m frustrated by the coffee situation. The coffee machine is downstairs, and I’ve reached a point where every time I place an order, they simply tell me, “We don’t have coffee,” just as I’m about to receive my food. I barely have time to park for a moment before they bring out my order. On top of that, my manager mentioned that the staff can be rude—this place definitely needs some improvements.
Great experience. The manager was exceptional and great worker. There was a line wrapped around the building and everybody seemed to work well together and get people served in a timely manner with the amount of staff they had.
