I will never return to this location again. It was 1 PM and the restaurant was closed, so I had to use the drive-thru and wait in line. While that was inconvenient, it wasn't the main issue. The problem was the attitude of the employee. When I reached the window, I asked for some sauce packets, and the worker claimed she had already included them in the bag. Upon checking the bag in the parking lot, I discovered that I had received only two out of the three different sauces I had requested. I went back around to ask for more, and the employee raised her voice, insisting that she had put the sauces in the bag! I told her I just needed the Diablo Sauce, and her response was, "And that's it!" H...
When I finally received my order, the food was just tossed into the bag, with wrappers falling off and the cinnamon twists at the bottom. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect—I paid extra for chicken on a taco, but received beef instead. I also ordered a 5-layer burrito with black beans, but it was made with regular beans. This location is in dire need of improvements. I had visited multiple times during the winter and found the doors open and the lights on, yet no one was working. On another occasion, they closed at 6 PM for no apparent reason while staff members were just hanging out in the dining room.
The person who took our order and gave us our food was wonderful. I have been here several times. It seems as if the quality of the food is okay when you order some things and yuck for other things. One time, the dipping was so good, and the next time, it was so gross. It's a hit or miss, but great customer service!
They always close the drive-thru around 11 PM. I just called to inquire about their hours, but they didn't answer. When I tried to call back, I received a message saying the line was busy. I ordered threw uber eats veggie chalupa, Fiesta veggie burrito and fiesta patato they charge me for chulapa $8 plus dollars and send me crunchy taco , food was cold not packed good looks like they prepared food in hurry very disappointed with they service I wish I can give them 0 start but it's not
It's obvious it's management!!!!I feel for any employee who works here. I hope and ? this location falls. The owner of this location apparently doesn't care either.
Online says open til 12am. We pulled into the drive thru about 11:40 and they said they were closed.
