that is by far the worst taco bell I have ever had to say that I don't even see how they are open and still get to eat, they take about 20 minutes to correct the job just to see that it is still wrong to come home to realize that it had already been wrong anyway, even after double check and go into gap and can't call on the phone because there is no call on the phone
I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, but they claimed they never received it. The manager suggested I go to another location without offering any assistance. I had already been charged and received a notification that my order was ready. What an unhelpful manager!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with the customer service here. I waited over 40 minutes for a Mexican pizza and a chalupa, and the restaurant wasn't even busy.
