I do like Taco Bell, but not on this day. It was not a good day for Taco Bell. 1 . The drive thru could not take any orders due to lack of staff. 2 . You had to place your own order on 2 computer screens on the wall behind all the customers waiting. 3 . Isuggested they put a closed sign or a safety cone at the entrance, so customers knew it wasn't open. Guess what? That's againstCompany Policy. They would rather inconvenience every drive-thru customer and trap them in a line that is backed up. 4. Theyshorted my order, which was upsetting to me. The staff was friendly as usual. But what would have been a quick trip, turned intoalmost 45 minutes. Next time we want Taco Bell, I will call first...
I feel so incredibly bad for the people that work there. They are so understaffed that it is a miracle they don't all quit. They deserve a huge raise. It took 25 min to get my order and they were working non stop. It is, in no way, their fault that they areso behind. My brother worked in Taco Bell as his first job and had twice the people with half the orders. Taco Bell corp willnot let you cancel an order that is paid for. Shame on you Taco Bell. You need to hire more people and pay the workers that dostay better
Extremely short-staffed, which I understand, but it does make an inconvenience for everyone because the line was slow and my order was messed up. I got beef instead of cheese like I asked for and I don?t eat meat! Quite the surprise ???? Then I didn?thave time to go back because I was running late from the long drive thru line? Not trying to bash them, but if you?re in ahurry, maybe don?t go here.
I used their drive through to get a quick, cheap late lunch. Service was good and surprisingly the food was not bad at all. I got their burrito and taco supreme combo number three. Pretty good value as long as you understand it?s still taco Bell?Mexican? food.
