I'm a wealthy baron from the East Coast. I have never experienced such hospitality in my life, even at Denny's. As I pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot, I was immediately impressed by the girth of the building. As soon as i opened the recently cleaned glass double doors, I was pleasantly and unexpectedly greeted with a chorus of warm welcomes from the staff members. I ordered my single burrito from the kiosk and a staff member on break struck up a conversation. We talked about a plethora of topics ranging from electoral politics, biomimicry, to A.I. technology and its implications on the work force. This restaurant is terrible. They don't let customers pay inside, even though they have the equipment to do so. They also refuse to provide any corporate contact information, store number, or address on the receipt. If I use the self-service kiosks, the employees may lose their jobs, but that might not be a bad thing considering the poor service. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I have already lodged a complaint with their corporate office. They need to improve their service!
I tried a meatless chicken and cheese quesadilla at this location for the first time today. It should please vegans since no actual chicken was harmed in the making of it. However, I was disappointed as Del Taco has removed it from their menu. I paid for it so I expected better. This experience is making me lean towards the Smash Grab crowd. I would give this place zero stars.
A little weird, no one was wearing a uniform. One person actually had on a Buffalo Wild Wings staff shirt on working. Food was okay, but the employees try to have minimal interaction with customers even if you have an issue with your order. Gotta love these new Kiosk only restaurants right?!?Food: 4/5

This was a nice place, but I didn't like that I had to use the kiosk to order my food. I went there to buy food, not to work for them. If I wanted to work, I would have cooked food at home. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5 rating.
Must order at kiosk. Got the most bootleg crunch wrap supreme with basically no meat in it. Idk what’s more embarrassing, me reviewing a Taco Bell or their inability to properly assemble a crunch wrap.Food: 1/5
Sometimes it’s good, mostly it’s not. Have to use the kiosk to order and I never ever get a receipt…clean and not usually super busy are the good points. orders are sometimes skimpy on filling for the price
Service was fast and professional. The nice woman here did so much to help many people who had multiple requests at once. I 'm curious as to why this place is called taco bell las vegas tho ???Food: 3/5
