Stepped in someone’s nasty garbage getting out of my car in the parking lot, no toilet paper in bathroom had to wipe with the toilet seat covers that were thrown on the ground, no napkins in any dispenser, and the only trash is full. Food took forever and then they got our order of 2 items wrong. How do you screw up so many things on so many levels?? But everyone was honestly super nice and polite so 2 stars!
U can tell workers are over it , but I understand working customer service isn't easy. Mexican lady didn't wanna help us with our order cause she was persistent on clocking out immediately, so we had to wait for someone to come out their way to help me and my bf..
Late-night lunches? Go somewhere else! The wait here was ridiculously long, stretching out onto the street all the way to the light. If I hadn’t been picking up a delivery order, I would have given up. 30 minutes of waiting in uncertain conditions.

Today will be the last time I ever visit Taco Bell. In the past four years of ordering here, I have never received my full order. They may charge full price, but they always leave something out.
Wow, seriously? They hype up bringing back the Mexican Pizza, and then this location doesn't even have it. Very disappointing and a letdown in marketing and advertising!
