Horrible experience. Not only was I in line forever because the cashier was one the phone she is also disrespectful and we sat at the window without being cashed out for like fifteen minutes and she didn't even explain anything to me she just stayed hunched over on her phone. And everything I got was wrong ..I was supposed to get a five layer a gordida crunch and a crunch wrap with extra everything we got the wrong stuff there was lettuce and tomato on the five layer barely any meat on the crunch wrap and sauce on the gordida when asked to have no sauce
At this point, I decided to go in person and re-order for what felt like the sixth time. Surprisingly, I was told not to use DoorDash for Taco Bell. But honestly, if you can't handle orders properly through DoorDash, maybe you shouldn't offer your food that way. It's frustrating when you have proof of your order and yet the staff seems unwilling to help. It seems like they wasted about five orders just to avoid someone receiving the same order twice. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered. Employees were hanging out the drive-thru window, smoking marijuana with customers, and many were too preoccupied to take orders. The management fails to keep basic menu items and chili stocked. While the service is decent during lunch hours, it completely falls apart after dark. Honestly, they might as well just close at 6 PM.
When i came to this Taco Bell they were busy. It wasn't late at night but they may have been short staffed. Nonetheless everyone was nice and my food was hit and enjoyable. I wasn't expecting a blow my mind meal but this was an experience worth writing about. This particular establishment just got a remodel and it made for a better ingress and egress, no more risking your life for a burrito.

Spent 1 hr half waiting in and at the drive thru speaker ordered 5 soft tacos and had to wait 30 more minutes waiting for the food in the parking lot with other customers. I live right around the corner and got in pulled out the food and it was cold all 5 soft tacos. Tried to call and no answer.ill never eat taco bell againFood: 1/5
every time I come here, I know it will wait about 30 minutes for my food and there is something missing from my order. some of the employees are rude, but others friendly and different everywhere. eating is at least decent. not my favorite taco bell to go in the opposite. food: 3/5
The food was great, and the service was also commendable. Although there was quite a long wait, the two staff members I encountered were clearly working very hard. They kindly asked me to pull around to the front, and my food was delivered to me promptly.
On Thursday evening, we found ourselves sitting in the parking lot waiting for the food we had ordered 20 minutes prior. The girl at the drive-thru was loudly arguing with another employee about the dishes. Overall, this place is a disappointment.

Don't be deceived. This is not a FAST food restaurant when you come by after 8:30. Paid for my order then told to move around and wait. That's great for their drive thru metric but awful service.
How was my experience? Delicious ! Tried the spicy potato soft taco thingy. Great choice for those plant based minded to indulge in ameri- Mexican ? Fare. Try it. You'll like it ?
