Ordered on the app and went to pickup and they never received my order and was lost. Weird how my bank account showed payment to Taco Bell for $70 and they would not make the food even though I showed them the order through the app. Made me sit in the parking lot for almost an hour trying to figure it out. No one came back out to tell me what was going on so I left. I had to reorder food again at another Taco Bell and be charged another $70, so now $140 on my card to be told to call corporate the next day to be refunded. I just wanted to order lunch for my family visiting in town.
We live close to the one on Market Avenue North. The drive-through was really crowded, so we opted to go inside. We struggled a bit with the kiosk, but the manager, Shannon, came out to help us with our order. It turned out to be easier than we expected, and we truly appreciated her assistance. She really went above and beyond. The food came out hot and quickly. Thank you!
Frequent this Taco Bell as it is the nearest. Clean facility and nice location. Horrible staffing though. Every time multiple parts of our orders are left out. They are consistently out of something. Today it was cheddar cheese, but they offered the 3 cheese for extra…. They were out of tea, and sauces. Really needs better management at this location
wish I could give this location 0 stars, this location likes to close early before they are supposed to accept door dash orders and not fulfill them. Extremely disappointed in this location and wishing I wouldn’t of even spent my time or money waiting for them to do a simple order an hour before they actually close.

This is the best Taco Bell I've had in ages! Everything was fresh and prepared just right. Thank you for such a delicious meal. The customer service was outstanding as well. Keep up the excellent work, Tristan and team!
Food needs to be heated more. Newer food Options would be nice. Workers need to listen because they always mess up Orders. Bathrooms are messy like not clean.
Update (August 2022): I ordered online and the food was delicious with excellent service. The staff, including the students working there, were wonderful!
Best Taco Bell on Stark county they don't have flat sandwiches that have nice puffy sandwiches and they're very good keep up the good work

It's a fast food taco place. You get what you pay for. Not a place to go for the ambience but you can fill up pretty cheaply.
