Horribly disgusting. Ordered from the kiosk cause all 4 workers couldn't be bothered to take our order, fine. Got 2 drinks and when we went to fill them we found out 90% of the drinks were out. When we asked if they could fill up behind they told us they were all out behind the desk too. Then we got the most of the food (had to go up and ask for 2 items missing from our order) and it was almost inedible. Threw away the Mexican pizza. Ordered 3 cups of beans and rice. One came almost empty. And apparently another thing they were out of was cutlery. Mix all this with the fact that they were blasting music with swearing (we were with our kids) and that they informed us aggressively that there w...
I'm currently on a journey with my weight, but I wanted to try this restaurant tonight, and I had one of the best experiences I've ever had with fast food. Michelle, who took our order, was incredibly polite and had a fantastic attitude that made me feel welcome. She was attentive to my specific order and handled it perfectly. I would rate this experience 11/10 and will definitely be coming back!
6 workers sitting around in dinning room at 9pm but they are only taking door dash.. this is 4th time I’ve been here where there is problems of some sort. The newer crew is rude and lazy. This use to be one of the last great fast food places in Euclid. So very sad. Where’s the management? May as well close it since they can never serve people and when they do it’s rude and low quality now.
That's ridiculous, that's the fourth time that this happened. I and my family got our food and some of the food missing. we sent another family member to go, he went to the menu and ordered from the menu and we got our food there were only five things we ordered, there was a burrito missing and other chips and dived this place known to do that I will never buy again from this taco bell.

what is that? bell says, “they only take mobile orders and or DoorDash” when they drive through the drive-through to order food. they have the most lazy workers on the planet earth. they must wait at least 20 minutes until each person passes! the employees are disastrous, should get rid of their jobs. I would actually close this place. never again will it come to this place!
Had me waiting in line for 20 mins just to tell me the one thing I came for they didn't want to make. They always shut down their kitchen early so they can run out the door. The workers are super unprofessional and make the whole experience even worse. Also when I actually did get some food it was watered down and nasty. Worst taco bell I've ever seen
I am not even surprised why this place has a lot of bad reviews. store says open at 8 o'clock. 9am tries to get food, and the type says: “We are simply here, eating is not ready”. but wait, is that my problem? Do you want to wake up and open at 8 o'clock, then put the sign opening: 2pm. over sleep and come around 2pm?.
Sat in line for 20 minutes to realize all of the cars were going up to the drive-through and not getting a response from anybody and driving away. As I looked in the window as I left there was a couple associates in there doing absolutely nothing. This was at 3 PM a Wednesday.

I had a craving for Taco Bell tonight and stopped by on my way home. The woman managing the drive-thru, Michelle, was the friendliest and sweetest employee I’ve encountered at a fast food restaurant. Her kindness truly made my day! Thank you, Michelle—you’re a superstar!
