the eating was great, but the workers were so slow and so much to say that the manager had to tell them to speed it up. the dining room was a total catastrophe, müll everywhere, all the sauces were empty, and the toilets were disgusting. not this visit, but in front of a dam I ordered a burrito in the laufwerk thru, who just smells like human cottel, so I opened it and it definitiw saw it as well. I have to say the guy was fired and arrested. apparently I wasn't alone.
Having repeatedly received wrong or incomplete orders, I decided to call the store and make sure we got everything this time. I don’t love ordering delivery, but my time is limited. The unbelievably rude staff repeatedly insisted I’d called a Domino’s (I hadn’t, the phone number came from Taco Bell’s website).Like, I get it. Working at Taco Bell isn’t the best. But treat people with respect, man. We’re just out here trying to eat dinner.
She didn't even ask if I wanted sauce, and her demeanor was rude right from the start, especially when I inquired about whether Taco Bell still had raspberry iced tea. Megan L's attitude was concerning—she doesn't seem cut out for a role that involves customer interaction. I believe that courtesy and politeness should be fundamental qualities, especially in the service industry.
I just had an unpleasant experience with an extremely rude employee while placing my order. I was charged $12.80 for the chalupa combo, which is listed at $7.49. When I inquired about the extra $5 charge, he responded, "I don't know; it's just $12.80. I'm not going to check." His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Food was okay, the outside of the store was okay could use a little cleaning up.That's a different story when we pulled up to the window they were too busy making fun of people in the Drive-Thru. Having worked in fast food I know it's a thing to do but you should make sure that the people aren't at the window when you're doing it.
No matter how busy this location gets, the service is always attentive. I really appreciate the quality of food they serve here. While we've had a few disappointing tacos now and then, nobody's perfect. Thank you for being a great spot in the neighborhood!
This Taco Bell is excellent! The staff is friendly and the food is well-prepared. However, I did notice that prices are significantly higher compared to other Taco Bells just down the street.
It seems like there's new management here because the service is significantly quicker and the customer service is excellent. Other fast food places on 117th should take a cue from them. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
