I called three other Taco Bell locations that close at 3 AM around midnight, and all of them said their fryer was out of order. This isn't the first time I've run into this problem. So, I decided to call the Protho Taco Bell and spoke with Desmond. He was incredibly nice! By the way, this location closes at 1 AM, and he informed me that the fryer was working perfectly, so I could get my chalupas! Lol. Seriously, his customer service is outstanding. The other locations could really learn from him and take their jobs more seriously. Thanks again, Desmond and Mariah!

Just to clarify, this location closes at 1:00 AM, and he confirmed that the fryer was working, so I could get my chalupas! Lol. Seriously, his customer service skills are outstanding. Second time I came overnight at 1130-12 and didn't get what I paid. The quality is fresh so I continue to give Tries. Last time I paid for additional meat in 3 Burritos and did not get and missed a whole package of food after I told the guy who broke it out that it was wrong, he argued that this was my order. They fixed this part, but still shortened to additional meat. Last night there were very little meat in the Burritos, although they were super fresh. I just want to pay for it.
There's 8 people behind the counter manager included and yet you stand at the counter for 10 minutes no acknowledgement and then when they finally do say something you get asked to place your order at this little computer behind you. I didn't realize I wasin the drive thru while standing on my own 2 feet in the middle of the building... we are the only 2 customers in the building.What pathetic and lazy employees and lack of management. The food has taken a turn for the worse. The meat now has a sweet taste, which some people might enjoy, but it's not to my liking. Additionally, the service at every Taco Bell I've visited has consistently lacked friendliness.
This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had! As soon as we pulled into the drive-thru, an employee cursed at us. They didn't give us all of our food and then slammed the window shut when we asked for sauce.
I would clean the grill. The meat had an under taste. I've eaten tacos many times at Taco Bell, none of which tasted like these. I bought two, but couldn't eat the second one.
