This store is the most pathetic ghetto establishment I have ever visited. I'm really confused as to why it's open. The employees have no manners they don't know how to speak to customers before taking an order. You pull to the window they rather dance and wear hoodies as if they're standing on the corner. Order is never correct they will argue with you instead of correcting it. Almost would prefer them not to correct the order. They give off vibes as if they would spit in your food. They deserve zero stars!
City, I just want to say that many of us have encountered poor customer service since the pandemic, largely due to staffing shortages. However, I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent service from a group of young Black men who truly provided a premium customer experience. I attempted to reach out to the manager on-site to share my appreciation, but I understand how busy and understaffed everyone is. It's crucial to recognize and support this kind of talent, as it’s rare and valuable.
June 18th I pulled up at Taco Bell and I was the only one in line. I placed 2 separate orders and only hot 1 order the guy at the window with wild hair was rude and told me my order was in the same bag. I was like you sure bc I had 2 separate orders he forcefully said all of your order is in the bag. When I drove off I notice I did not get my 2nd order. But I did receive both receipts now I'm back in a line with 4 cars ahead of me.
Haven't been since they stopped offering Mexican Pizza. Now they advertise it as back and when I ordered it, they don't have it available. Also ordered a Cherry freeze and get to the window and they standing there with a Mango freeze as they were out of the Cherry freeze. Very disappointed.

The Taco Bell shells were hard and burnt. The frozen drinks were watery, as if they had been sitting out for too long, and we had to wait an eternity for them to be prepared. It's clear why I avoid Taco Bell—it's just awful. More like Taco Hell! Food rating: 1/5.
Went for a walk... decided to go to TB for breakfast while out.. went WAY out of my way... see the sign on the door 0800 am to 0200 am... AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED!!Told DRIVE THRU ONLY!!....... . .. . . . . ONE STAR ONLY!!!!!
slower than slow. pretty sure they gave my order away to their friends. had to wait 40 min forthem to remake it. refused take my order had me use a kiosk in the lobby. entire staff is trash just avoid this place
Well I spent $35 and some change on 4 double steak stuffed burritos and 5 soft tacos. Smh. I'm mad.?. Needless to say, I had to add more cheese. And I don't see no double steak.
