This little Taco Bell, which also operates as a Pizza Hut, inside the food court of a TA Travel Center off Exit 296 of I 75, is the best Taco Bell that this 65yo guy has found since the one I first ate at in Memphis, TN...the one where my teenage friends that worked there protected my food's taste and value when I visited on their shifts.The workers at this location ALWAYS give me the great food that I expect and for the economical prices available at Taco Bell. I ordered a Mexican pizza with beans instead of beef at this restaurant and they charged me an additional $1.19 for the substitution. When I mentioned this, they insisted that was the only way they could make it. In all my experiences at other Taco Bell locations, I have never been charged extra for this substitution. To make matters worse, they still included beef on the pizza and left out the beans. If I'm going to be charged extra for a substitution, I expect to actually receive it.
This is the worst taco bell in America. The workers don't care about the customers orders. Everything is personal rather all professional. You walk in and they act like you don't even exist. I ordered the potato fries and the girl served it to me wrapped in a tortilla. I guess they thought remodeling this place would change how disgusting the workers are here.
Despite being located in a truck stop, they are refusing to serve any truck drivers and only catering to locals. They claim that their systems are down, but I witnessed them taking orders from children before and after me. This place needs to reevaluate their practices and clean house.

I'm thinking $20.28 for four bean burritos and a crunchy taco was a lot of money and then the counter person informed me that no it was $28 will never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My $10 pizza hut gift card was not accepted but they graciously offered the personal pizza I ordered for free. I was thankful for their generosity and great service.
It took 20 minutes for our order of three to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold.

Paid a dollar for a cup of nacho cheese, but it was not even halfway full.
