Service was TERRIBLE. Food was TERRIBLE. The workers clearly have no idea how to work in customer service, and they clearly care nothing about even doing a halfway decent job. I get that mistakes will happen, but at least train your staff to properly handle mistakes as they occur. I ordered one Mexican pizza, two spicy potato tacos, and a chicken quesadilla in the drive thru. I get home only to realize that my quesadilla is not in the bag, so I decided to drive back to get it , and once I get there and explain politely, I?m told ?please pull forward?. Once I get to the window a man says ?that?s my fault?. Not once did anyone apologize or even attempt to rectify the situation. To top it off,...
Previous review was 2 stars for terrible service and quality of food. They held this review over several re-tries of this place. Today I am delighted to increase the star rating for 3 stars, as today the team has done a wonderful job in preparing my and my staff food. Also were able to get the $5 box in an actual $5 container box as advertised. The box helps to contain the food better than put everything in a bag. Will increase stars when Store proves to continue to provide a good service.
The staff is generally friendly and quick. My meals are consistently served hot. The wait time can vary from 10 to 15 minutes depending on the time of day. Be sure to double-check your order, as they do their best to get everything right, but larger orders may occasionally have items missing. However, they are very efficient at resolving any mistakes. Overall, it's a wonderful place with an excellent team.
Through the ride to order some food they spoke to me to order more than what I wanted, what was good, I asked three times for sauce and fork and napkin? Give me my food with a drink in a straw in a box on a tray I said is the napkins in there and my sauce? Yes, ma? I don’t know the names of the three young men who were working on June 11, 2022, but I want to commend them for their hard work. It was an extremely busy night, and they really did their best to keep things running smoothly. I also want to apologize to them; I was feeling impatient and perhaps a bit overwhelmed, which I shouldn’t have let happen.
I celebrated my birthday tonight in this beautiful place. We had a fantastic evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the fertile evening. The crew helped gracefully, the cooking was delicious and my friends were very happy. We will definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you.
Do you like getting mystery bags at the end of parties? Because that?s kinda like what this is. I am in no way exaggerating when I say that I have legitimately never once gotten the correct order at this location. It?s always a roll of the dice gamble of an adventure trying to eat from here.
