I am highly allergic to tomatoes. I just went through the drive through and specially said SUPREME NO TOMATOES AND THE MANAGER (Caucasian guy) read my order back to me after letting myself and sister know they didn?t have anything but tacos and burritos.I took about two nice bites of my soft taco and now I?m headed to the hospital because my throat is numb . I will be reachingout to higher management because this is not the first time they?ve done this and it?s ridiculous because they weren?t busy atall myself and one other vehicle behind me . They don?t close until 2am so the reason for them rushing and almost killing me isridiculous.
This is the best Taco Bell in all of Brevard County, both for its employees and its food. Every time we visit, we're greeted by consistently polite staff who work efficiently, meaning we hardly ever have to wait. The food is always spot on, and the night crew, in particular, is both entertaining and enjoyable to interact with. You really should check this place out—trust me, you won’t regret making the trip!
By driving through a cow for slaughter. I wouldn't even have my order placed without any trouble. They had the food faster than ever. You know why? Because they are in competition and for 1st place with another store for the treatment there customers are badly bound. This visit was a shame! I tried to check my order and was asked to remove the timer. NOTE
I love the Power Bowls, the steak is my favorite, but sometimes I am in the mood for chicken. Everything was fantastic except for one small issue: my order was missing an item. However, the staff handled it without any problems. The service was excellent, the employees were friendly, and the food was fresh. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and keep up the great work!
Consistently messes up or forgets orders. Periodically doesn't fill tacos up all the way. Places hard shell tacos in the bottom of the bag to get crushed. In general horrible service. Employees look like they don't want to be there.
The restaurant adheres to CDC COVID guidelines exceptionally well. The staff works diligently and efficiently. I have received excellent customer service each time I visit!
