I ordered breakfast through an app yesterday, but when I got home, I realized that my entire order was incorrect. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know. The manager explained that my order had accidentally been mixed up with a Turkish order and promised to have it ready the next morning. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, there was a backlog of 20 orders ahead of mine. Today, I went back to the restaurant to pick up my order, but they acted as if they had no knowledge of it and refused to remake it for us. They ignored me while I waited in the restaurant. The breakfast burritos we eventually received were poorly made and fell apart easily.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was extremely rude. Even though there was no one behind us in the drive-thru and only a few cars in the parking lot, we were rushed to place our order. When we tried to take a moment to make sure everyone in the car had chosen what they wanted, a second woman kept interrupting us over the intercom to hurry us up. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unnecessary, especially since it was not even busy at the time. While the food may be typical fast food quality, there is no excuse for customers to be treated this way while ordering.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They consistently forget parts of our order. When I tried to order 2 large nacho fries, they only had enough for 2 small ones. When I got home, I realized they didn't give us any nacho cheese at all. It's frustrating that they frequently leave out part of our order. I'm tired of paying for food and not receiving it.
Feel sorry for the people working there. Short handed. This restaurant has the potential to ruin a delightful experience. It's frustrating when they mess up even simple orders, like getting one item wrong out of five. They should double check all food items before serving them to customers.
Dirty floors in the restaurant, and the men’s room was the worst maintained men’s room I’ve seen in Southwest Florida, other than the back of a gas station. It took way longer than other Taco Bell’s to receive my food, and I dined in.
Every time I order here they always forget HALF my order! No receipt given no one answers the phone even if I call 15+ times! Please do better! Spent $50 to only get $20 worth of food.
