My recent visit to Taco Bell left me thoroughly dissatisfied, warranting a one-star rating for the subpar experience. The primary issue revolved around the rude behavior of the staff when we discovered our order was missing Gordita Crunches. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the response we received was dismissive, with an unapologetic retort of 'you didn 't order those. 'To exacerbate matters, employee Miqueas, who seemed preoccupied with chatting away with coworkers, displayed a shocking lack of attentiveness. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had to request a refund, and the staff member seemed unsure about printing our receipt at first, but eventually figured it out. Unfortunately, all four of the bean burritos we ordered were disappointing. They barely had any filling and lacked any sauce. If I wanted just a tortilla, I could have bought a pack from the store. The burritos were dry, unappetizing, and served cold. I definitely don't recommend this location; the one on Foothills is much better. Taco Bell needs to do better or consider hiring new staff.
The in-store customer service at this place sucks. Expect to straight up be ignored, receive no forks/condiments for items that should come with them, and definitely not be greeted until you say excuse me ...I come here once a week in average... Not a fluke.I wrote this exact same review a few weeks ago but deleted it because I felt bad, but now I 'm posting it and leaving it, just getting old. Food is decent most the time but can be skimpy on occasion.
The baby was screaming the entire time we were waiting. Even though we were the only car, it took about 10 minutes to get our order. To make matters worse, there were only about four items in the bag! We had to go back. When I handed the staff both the food and the receipt, he only returned the food in the bag and asked if everything looked okay. I mean, I ordered for five people! It was still wrong when we got home... Absolutely ridiculous.

It was slow and still the service was horrible. The food was taco bell and it tasted like taco bell so no complaints there. My food came out and the employee just called my name, tossed the tray down and left to the back, missed my drink, utensils , and hot sauce. The front was completely empty so I couldn't grab those things myself. Extremely poor customer service.
Ordered Mexican pizza and 2 tacos all were delivered room or cool temperature. Told counter person who gave me another taco which was also cold. Ended up throwing my whole order in the trash as did my companion who was not satisfied w/her order. Next time I want Mexican food, I will go to a Mexican restaurant that serves good hot food.
Went through the drive through at 10 pm and they had me pull back through because they didn’t have the orders in the right order. It took an extra 15 minutes to pull back around the drive through. Then when I actually got my food and went home. They shorted me the primary food choice from my cravings box.
The restaurant should really update their hours to prevent people from wasting time. Alternatively, they should ensure that the doors are unlocked during business hours. The sign even indicates that they open at 7 AM.
