I had an issue with my online order via the app. I ordered for a specific time to be picked up. An hour before it was to be ready I get a text message it was ready to be picked up at the counter. Sure enough when I get there it has been sitting therefor an hour. I tell the worker at the register about it and they look for another associate to help out. As the associate juststarted their shift I asked for their manager. I tell the manager (Sonia) of the issue and she quickly has a new order prepared.She has been very helpful at this branch compared to another branch I used to go. All out of napkins, straws, and utensils. Plus slow service. The rest of the food is good but i asked for JUST a cheese and beef burrito, and asked if it had nothing more. But it still did. Full of stuff i didn?t ask for. ????
Just came here for a quick bite after a long trip. I only ever get the bean and.cheese burritos the pintos n cheese and the rice cup. It's always my go to here.
