I can only give this restaurant one star because I wish I could give them zero! Myself and several other customers waited for over 20 minutes just to get someone to come to the counter. Both myself and another woman asked for help multiple times, but they only seemed to respond to those speaking Spanish. When I raised my voice, suddenly they could speak English and help us. My advice is to go to a different location - it's worth the drive to avoid dealing with the ignorance here.
I ordered a box of hard shell supreme tacos. Unfortunately, the tacos had a terrible taste and we ended up eating only one in the car. When I asked for a refund, they initially gave me a hard time, claiming that the tacos were not stale just because they were broken. Despite their resistance, they eventually refunded me $30. However, I am cautious as the staff seemed to be aware of the issue but are continuing to sell stale items.
I have been going to this taco bell for a long time.. since 2006.. even before the full renovation. The customer service has improved dramatically. The ownership has definitely made some good recent decisions in hiring the right folks. Keep up the good work. I m a life time fan of TB in general.. I remember I used to stack their hot sauce at home and put it on other things..
The staff at the restaurant was very friendly, but unfortunately the food was not good. After a long day at work, my friends and I decided to get some tacos and were disappointed with the quality. The tacos were empty and lacked flavor. I would rather pay a few extra dollars for a better meal. I used to enjoy this place, but now I am hesitant to return. What happened? Taco Bell is the worst. It seems like they are purposely running low on supplies and are unresponsive to any complaints. Additionally, they are racist and only accept cash, refusing to take credit cards. This location should be shut down. This is not the first time this has happened to me, it has occurred multiple times.
If you want teenage kids laughing and having a conversation in the middle of taking your order then go here. So unprofessional and rude, they asked me to repeat my order about 4 times. I just drove off without ordering. Very frustrating and I’ll definitely NOT be back.
I'm convinced the workers in this restaurant are blind. Absolutely terrible service. Nothing is ever in stock and when they do get your order, they'll undoubtedly get it wrong.
