Every time I visit this place, I’m met with excellent service and delicious food! Today, I noticed they were trying to fix a broken sign when I arrived, and they accidentally served me the wrong order. But hear me out! We live in a world full of imperfections, and what truly matters is how we handle them and our attitudes. These folks handled it wonderfully! They greeted me with smiles and laughter—probably about the sign—when I placed my order, and by the time I came back, they had the correct dish ready for me. I’m sure the sign will be fixed soon too. Waited 5 minutes for them to take my order and another 15 minutes to actually get my food. The lady told me to hold on it would be a few minutes that they couldn't help everyone right away because they were short handed. I was the only one in the drive thru. Finally they took my order and when I pulled to the window the young woman yelled my total at me. After I finally got my food I pulled up and noticed there was 3 employees and not a single customer inside. Really not sure why it took so long when there was no other customers. I will not be going back to this location again. Worst taco bell ever..
The staff was very friendly. I ordered a meal that included two chalupas and one hard taco, but the shells were tough and chewy, which led me to believe they might have been a bit old. I went back to the counter with my bag, and they gladly exchanged it for a fresh batch that had just come out. I really appreciated their kindness! Recently, at other fast food establishments, when I pointed out a problem, I was often made to feel at fault. So, it was refreshing to have such a positive experience where they recognized the issue and addressed it graciously. Thank you!
I encountered some issues with the app indicating that the store was closing early when it wasn't. After resolving that, I placed my order. When I arrived to pick it up, however, my order was missing the drinks and sauces. Additionally, the store was quite dirty; all the tables were sticky, and there was soda spilled all over the counters and floors. Used the kiosk to order and was very easy to use very few emplyees working at 9:30 at night but for the amount of emplyees working food came out at a decent time i would say i work in fast food as well and know the struggle. But when we came in they started getting busy and i think they handed it well. You have one cook, one manager, and one person going from headset to front to helping the cook so overall im satisfied just think i would hire more staff.
Located in Black Mountain N.C., really great staff, food was served neatly , fast, and hot. Manager was nice young man with great customer service. Dine in area needs some TLC, but they just put in new ceilings and furniture, so I understand. Stop in and give them your business
I am standing outside waiting for them to open right now. They should have opened at 9 but it?s 915 and still not open. A worker came to the counter, saw me wave at her and then instead of letting us in disappeared back to the kitchen.

Quick friendly fast service ! Very clean restaurant food was hot and delicious ! Also in a very convenient location ! I would definitely suggest for my friends and family to go there to get food !
