I don 't know what I liked better the broken nachos in pieces, the rock hard cinnamon delights or the 30 minute wait time for a $20 order! They barely gave me any cheese for my nachos either (they usually dont) I do not remember paying for a pinch of it.Bathroom was horrendous too I 'll spare you the details but let 's just say my appetite was in danger. After punching my order inthe kiosk I waited at the counter to be given my cups after about 10 minutes of watching the TEAM of staff tending to thedriveway taking care of people in their cars I walked behind the counter myself and got them, manager looked me dead in theeyes and she said I could 've got those for you yeah no I really didn 't...
With the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the area, I purchased my lunch from Taco Bell and noticed two employees not wearing masks. I tried calling the store and had to dial 10 times before someone answered. The same person hung up on me eight times. On the ninth call, I asked if employees were required to wear masks, and he confirmed they were. When I mentioned seeing two employees without masks, he said he would speak to them about it.
In recent weeks, this restaurant has really declined. While I understand that being short-staffed can be an issue, waiting 20 minutes for a single meal at a fast food place is unacceptable. More importantly, the quality of the food has suffered. There was hardly any meat in my dishes, and my taco looked as if it had been carelessly put together. This place needs to step up its game.
Any order that includes fiesta chip strips is a lost cause. I've placed several orders lately and have been very disappointed. Today, I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito without rice. When I got home, I discovered that I had actually been given a burrito with an extra tortilla, no fiesta chips, and no double steak, plus a little bit of chicken thrown in.

I ordered the usual three hard-shell tacos with light lettuce, and the guy at the window even confirmed my order. However, I ended up with three cold tacos filled only with lettuce, no sauce, and they were soggy—completely inedible. The service was friendly, and the employee did their best, but this was by far the worst food I've ever received at any Taco Bell.
Taco Bell has a lot of young staff working mostly on their own with little adult supervision. This sometimes causes orders to get mixed up, so you might have to repeat what you want at the kiosk. Although the employees are busy and chatting, it often takes a long time to get your food.
The line to order was long, and inside, orders had to be placed through a self-service kiosk on the wall. They should improve how they handle giving change. It’s important to adapt and go with the flow in this ever-changing world, but I’m not sure if this setup works well.
I ordered a chalupa box, and it was ready in just 10 minutes. The restaurant was clean and well-kept when I walked in. Although my order was given to me in a bag instead of a box, it didn’t bother me, but it might be a consideration for some. Overall, the food was tasty!

I visited the Taco Bell in Monroe and received excellent service; however, the food was surprisingly tough and difficult to eat. The Powerball wasn’t made properly, which was quite disappointing. This was my first time experiencing such poor quality at this location.
