My experience at this restaurant was terrible due to poor time management and order handling. I placed a mobile order at 5:50 PM to pick up at 6:30 PM, but when I arrived, my order was not ready. The first person I spoke to took my name and said they were working on it, while another person asked if it was for DoorDash. Despite waiting 15 minutes, the first person returned and asked for my name again. It seemed as though they had forgotten about my order completely. Meanwhile, they were serving other customers who arrived after me, including those dining in, a DoorDash driver, and someone in the drive-thru. Today, I had my first experience ordering from Sioux City Tako Ball. I prepaid and drove through to pick up my order. When I arrived at the window and gave my name, they asked me to drive through again and speak with a spokesperson. The service I received was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to Tako Ball in the future. At least they provide job opportunities to those who deserve it.

I highly recommend Drive Thru Carl's restaurant. They have been excellent since Carl started working there. He has a new positive attitude and a unique style with black line arm tattoos. He somehow reminds me of Shaggy from Scooby-Doo. I give him 5 stars for his great service.
Did not set well. $11.50 for 5 tacos. There must be a shortage of cheese because you could literally count the strands of cheese they put on them (5 or 6) and no tomato. Will not do that again.
Got my oder wrong and went back to fix...got wrong a second time even worse than the first. Sad...my favorite place to grab something fast but lately service and food has gone downhill.
