ordered 3 cheese quesadillas (vegetarian) received chicken, drove 20 minutes back got my order corrected only for ONE quesadilla to actually have cheese the other two were literally just bread. i just worked 12 hours so i?m not about to drive back again, 15 wasted and wasn?t even given a receipt to get refund so thanks. edit: spoke to hayward who informed me he would remake my food (yet again) but i don?t even want it i just want my back honestly. edit 2: ended up going back that night. funny how they told me to come today (thursday) but have been closed all day. glad i went yesterday, won?t be returning again. edit 3: literally the ONE STAR taco bell on reisterstown rd has better service. Taco bell , I can't think of a fast food place that i could eat everyday for a week or weeks. And not feel terrible . Not saying the quality is better than home cooking or fresh food cooking. If you get it you get it. I've seen only eat from *blank* month challenges on youtube. I would do this one. In and out , drive threw. Wear your mask when you get your food. Bc to be honest we don't deserve any services and should appreciate what we get. Sure sometime they mess up the order. But again why should they work in a time like this. Disgusting. I?ll add photos if possible. Tacos were soggy beyond belief. They were smashed. Sauce packets came in a huge chunk, held together by what appeared to be a week-old exploded packet. Tacos did not come with lettuce and cheese. THE WORST. Update: Corporate does not respond at all to concerns. Part of my order was completely wrong and they didn?t even respond. Not going here again. I suggest disputing the charge with your credit card company if they refuse to offer a refund on incorrect orders.
This is my local Taco Bell, and having been a customer for 10 years, I've consistently received great service. Whenever there’s an issue with my order, they always make an effort to correct it. I work as a driver for DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber. My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was terrible, and the employees had a poor attitude. The food was never ready when I arrived, and they even asked me to cancel my order. I definitely won't be returning.
The nacho fries are absolutely amazing! However, the nacho sauce isn't great, so I suggest skipping it. The Doritos Locos Tacos are really good, but to me, the shell doesn’t taste much like Doritos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
Staff here do a phenomenal job! Long ride thru line but it moves fast. Drive thru cashier was friendly and polite and easy to understand by the microphone. Food was hot and order was right! Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! Come back soon!
