My friend and I are dashers and Taco Bell canceled both of our dashes because they wanted to go home and there was still 25 minutes to closing this is not right AT ALL.. I don’t know who’s working the night shift but they should be reprimanded for this kind of thing that’s messing with our families Christmas’s and now that’s going too far we have families too I have an autistic son and a mom with dementia a sister who has lung cancer and a room mate with severe Chronic COPD so yes I have to take care of my ppl too. My friend has two handicapped parents to take care of so something should be done about this for sure . Also this has never happened before at this Taco Bell they used to be great
place is terrible. they ignore them at the desk, workers are unfriendly and do not speak. too much chit chat in the kitchen is why the load has an overflow car from the autobahn spilling in the street all the time. tables are always dirty and the employees avoid making eye contact with them trembling to clean them for them! this taco bell is very bad.
My wife waited an hour for our food while the drive-thru was moving. She requested a refund, but was denied and given a coupon for a free taco that expires in a day. We were very disappointed with the poor management and customer service. It makes no sense to have the inside open if it's going to be ignored. We will not be returning.
The food is usually okay, but my order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. I typically just order a $5 box for one person, so it's frustrating that my order is consistently incorrect. It's also important for the restaurant to disable online ordering when they are temporarily closed to prevent customers from wasting money.

Taco Bell on telegraph road Monroe Michigan the food is disgusting the manager is extremely rude the workers don't care place is dirty I will never go back there ever again just a nasty environment period!!!!
Food was fresh and hot my crunchwrap was actually very crunchy. I added steak to the crunchwrap and made the burrito supremes steak to. They were very good. I will eat here again.
They put 30 dollars worth of food in one bag it smashed it all together and made it nasty also didn't get my freeze or a cheesy gordita crunch
Very long wait. The lobby was closed you couldn’t order inside. All of our food was made wrong. I don’t recommend this location.

Always pretty good food and service....once in a while you might get a lokos taco with the bottom falling out.
The food was fantastic, but you can only place your order using the kiosk now. We ate inside the restaurant.
