I wish you could do 0 stars. This place is freaking ridiculous. I ordered online tonight 9/23, I went through the drive through as there were only 2 cars. I waited over 25 minutes just for 2 cars to get their food. As I pulled up to the window I waitedanother 15 minutes just for them to hand me my food which ended up being completely wrong. Now I completely understand they maybe short staffed but this was a bit ridiculous. So I went inside to get the right order and there were 3 other people in thedining room who were waiting 45 minutes for their food!!!!! My boyfriend and I are staying at a hotel for my birthday, and we were hungry and wanted something to eat sense we have no food at the hotel. First we decide to walk over there and then we realized the dine in area was closed so we asked the woker’s if they would still serve us and they ignored us. So then we decide to grab our car and drive over so we could get something to eat before they closed. I really enjoy Taco Bell, but this location is by far the worst. It takes over 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and they were out of sauce packets during my last two visits. Additionally, the employees seem unfamiliar with the menu, as my burrito was made with black beans instead of refried beans. It was especially frustrating to be stuck in the drive-thru only to see two employees outside chatting with a friend at 6 PM, right in the middle of the dinner rush. I'm done with this location!
The website has incorrect hours listed, and every time we visit, they're out of food. When we attempted to create a new order because everything we initially wanted was sold out, they informed us that they were closing just two minutes later. We drove all that way only to be told they were closed. They should really consider updating their online information and allow customers a moment to choose alternative options since they're often out of food.

Phenomenal!! This location was super clean,food was fresh, perfectly made to order and staff was AMAZING!! The staff that worked night shift 10/22 are some of the best employees and servers we have ever encountered!! Very polite, respectful, courteous,knowledgeable of the menu and what's good. They accommodated my crew flawlessly!! We all left happy and thankful for such anamazing experience!! You guys rocked tonight,we thank you !!
I walked in and didn't want to use the kiosk, but I had to wait while four employees stood around chatting. Eventually, a woman came over to take my order. It seems like polite service is a thing of the past. The food was stale, so I ended up throwing it out. What a waste of money! Food isn't cheap these days, and who can afford to throw away good money on poor food and service? I will never return to this place!
This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. They refused to honor the TV advertisement for the $5 Craving Box. To make matters worse, the manager was in the dining area on his phone, discussing a payroll issue with an employee regarding a paycheck that had been incorrectly issued.
I swear they got good food, but they always mess up the orders. I just got a taco with tomato’s and sour cream, when I requested both to not be on it. ON TOP OF THAT instead of beef I asked for steak AND THERE WAS NO MEAT IN THE TACO. How do you forget to put any meat?

My boyfriend and I placed an order through the app, fully paid for and everything. When we drove through the drive-thru at 11:25, however, the woman told us it was closed! We had to cancel the order via the app and attempt to get a refund.
