The restaurant took 27 minutes to serve the food. The dining area was dirty, with unwiped counters and uncollected trays. It seemed like a raccoon had recently been inside. The girl working at the registers told everyone to use the kiosk, and they did not accept cash (except maybe at the drive-thru). The order was incorrect. I would not recommend using this Taco Bell. An Uber Eats driver waiting nearby had to wait over 30 minutes, 5 of which were wasted because the counter person called out a completely different name (Anna instead of Derrick). I absolutely adore Taco Bell! I still remember the first time I visited one in 1990 when I was attending Old Dominion University. It's still my go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal. Whether I'm dining in or grabbing something to go, Taco Bell never disappoints. The prices are affordable, with most meals costing between $1-10 per person. I highly recommend trying their nachos and wraps.

I waited in the drive-thru order box for 5 minutes tonight and no one acknowledged me, so I decided to leave and go to another Taco Bell. The service at this location was not even courteous.
