I would give a 0' stars if there was an option. Last time we visited they took our order wrong through drive through. We told them about it they told us to go around and re-order. Picture that, go around and go through the long drive trough because they messed up. We asked for the manager and he didn't want to talk to us we could hear him in the back speaking Spanish. Finally some other female employee pretended to be the manager. We didn't get our missing item and just decided to place a complaint. Looked up a phone number for corporate and turns out there is none. I ended up filling out some online questionnaire.
Disgusting! My order was missing nachos and the tacos had tough, watered-down meat. The tacos were completely soggy and only half full. When I returned to complain, the manager was incredibly rude. She only offered me a $12 credit (supposedly) and returned my card with the original charge. I witnessed the cook take a dirty warming bowl, covered in cheese, wipe it on the garbage, and then put it back in the kitchen. I will be reporting this to the health department and will never come back. None of the employees were wearing gloves.
I’m very lactose intolerant. I asked for fresco style (no dairy) on all my items when ordering, repeating “fresco” multiple times. I got to the window, and confirmed that I asked for fresco and asked again to confirm no dairy. The man at the window talked with some folks and I heard someone say “it’s already made”. They handed me the bag, assuring me there wasn’t dairy in any of it. I got home, there couldn’t be more cheese and sour cream in everything I ordered. They knew and didn’t care.
I had a horrible experience. I had ordered 12 items for a total of $39.58. Got home 4 items were missing. The items that I received were small, flat, missing ingredients and dry. I made multiple attempts to call the store, went back in to the store and asked for the $10.36 to be credited back to my bank account. She said no. Making no effort to correct the issue. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce add steak and it took three tries to make the damn thing correctly the whole time giving me attitude swearing up and down I didn’t pay for steak yet the receipt in my hand states otherwise. RUDE. This is after the 20 minute wait for my food for one drink, one taco and one burrito. ?
The restaurant needs to do one of two things: either hire better-trained workers who are eager to serve, or acknowledge that their current employees cannot handle the high volume of customers. As for the food, I have never had a reason to complain, and I have not heard of anyone else having complaints either.
this is a decent taco bell to taco bell’s go. it is 100x better in the person drive through than door dashed. you will not be given by doordash meat, and they will forget something. in person they get a lot of meat and they usually forget nothing.

I really enjoy Taco Bell, but no matter when or where you go, there will always be at least a 30-minute wait. This location has a quicker drive-thru than most. Taco Bell shouldn't be considered "fast" food.
