When I finally reached the window, she carelessly flung my drink at me, causing the poorly secured lid to splash all over my car. After making me another drink, she took my card and processed my payment but refused to give me a receipt, saying it was attached to the box. However, the sticker on the box merely indicated what I had ordered, not the receipt with pricing details. I insisted on getting the receipt before leaving, and when she finally handed it to me, she had ripped off the portion with the survey code and store number.

The lady in the drive-thru window is just down right disrespectful. The new ordering system sucks. I am still awaiting a refund for my mobile order that was placed but wasn’t canceled by Taco Bell. They don’t have a way for you to cancel or refund the order once it’s been made in the app.

This restaurant no longer offers the chili cheese burrito, but the staff are always friendly and courteous. I didn't have any issues with my order. Since it's conveniently located on my way home from work, it's a great spot for lunch or a quick bite after my shift.
My tacos were cold and I wish the tacos were actually filled with meat instead of just taco toppings. The Taco Bell company needs to change their policy and actually provide food that is fulfilling. I never get my moneys worth.
