I went through here at 23:30 on a Friday night. The line was so long that it was wrapped all the way around the building. The entire waiting period from entering the line to receiving my order was about 35 minutes, which I consider excessive, even on a Friday night. Despite the fact that they were very busy, and also among servants, the servants had a great attitude and was pleasant, friendly and apologetic for the long waiting periods. The lady who finished my transaction in the window was incredibly friendly, and although she must have been stressed, she held her positivity and gave excellent customer service.
This is a Taco Bell, so the food isn't really worth reviewing as it's consistent everywhere, but the STAFF!! The staff at this Taco Bell are SO GREAT! They're friendly and in a great mood all the time, day or night, no matter how busy they are. I literally only go to this Taco Bell, even if it's out of my way, because the staff here are just so great. They deserve a raise, because I have never had anything but super professional and friendly service that greatly surpasses any other fast food or fast casual restaurant in town. I mean honestly they are excellent. If you want Taco Bell, go to this Taco Bell.
I had the worst night at all and after my order with Damien it became so much better. He's very friendly and funny. He let me laugh so hard and forget the terrible night I had. Every time I go upstairs, he's always friendly, professional and lets me smile with something he might have said. Kudos to Damien made good for a job every time I get there. He's a real good for your organization, so I hope Taco Bell treats him right because he deserves it. Make sure you recognize this young man for his hard work at your location.
The team working the drive-thru on weekend nights (Pongtail and Goatie) could lead the Navy! We quickly went in and out of the car, our order was spot on, and the food was excellent. They anticipated our needs and provided great service, all while being friendly and pleasant. This is the best late-night Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. I can't make them responsible for the line at 23:30 on a Saturday, but they treated it pretty well. Most problems were people who order food for several people instead of themselves. But what can you do? The food was fresh and good even when I came home. Can't really ask for more.
I usually get the crispy packs that are always delicious! The staff here are usually super nice and that makes this my favorite taco bell to come. There's a guy on the window when I last visited and he was a real chill dude and I like the conversations while I wait.
Generally a 5 star. Today person at window apparently stressed and a bit brusque. Other staff seen at drive thru window appeared pleasant. Male taking my order was great and patient. Food good as usual.
They open early and are always punctual. There's nothing quite like enjoying a bean burrito at 7:50 AM. I really enjoy having a burrito in the morning, but my partner doesn’t share the same enthusiasm. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My youngest son orders the Doritos Locos taco without salad. Only meat and cheese. He says they're delicious. I order whatever and put fire sauce on it because fire sauce tastes good.
