I don 't think I have ever waited an hour and 20 minutes for Taco Bell. Nor, have I ever had the manager (old white guy with a beer gut, horrible attitude as well) lie to my face and say the order has been canceled , when 15 minutes prior, they tell us it 's almost up? I quite literally had to put up a stink because they weren 't going to refund us, but they also didn 't want to remake the order at first. I've generally enjoyed my meals here, but last week I ordered tacos, and the smell and taste of the meat were so unpleasant that I couldn’t take more than a single bite. It honestly felt like something was spoiled, as it had the odor and flavor of rotten meat. Even if I had forced myself to eat it, I probably would have gotten sick, so it wasn't worth the risk. I ended up spending $10 just to throw it away. Safe to say, I'm done eating here. From now on, I'll stick to the taquerias, where the food is much better and more affordable.
You might wanna remove the “fast food” label. I’m generally quite forgiving, especially when it comes to fast food, but this is probably the slowest branch ever, even when it’s quiet and no one else is in the drive thru. Half of the time the food isn’t wrapped properly, and the portions are inconsistent. The staff is nice, but the rest is not.
They said their system was down for FORTY MINUTES and that they could only fulfill their DoorDash orders. However, I waited 15 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. I can't believe it took them that long to finish orders that were placed 40 minutes ago. This is extremely frustrating.

Spent nearly 20 bucks on food here. Asked for extra fire sauce. They told me that they can only give out 1 sauce packet per item ordered. Are you kidding? This place is so poorly managed, can someone please call corporate on this location? They are honestly the worst I have ever seen.
This is definitely not fast food. It took over 25 minutes to receive my meal, even though there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. I don't understand how a business can afford to operate with such slow service from their staff. It's unfortunate.
I'm a vegetarian and they have a few items that fit my needs their customer service at the window was pretty good I recommend this Taco Bell it's a lot better than the last
They tell you to park every time and wait for them to bring out your food at the drive thru even when there's no other cars!

The portion sizes were quite small, which was disappointing. However, the server was extremely nice.
I've been waiting over 30 minutes for one burrito!!! and it was of poor quality!
