Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. However, I encountered a minor issue: the cherry slushee was only filled halfway. Additionally, what they call a large size is comparable to what other establishments would refer to as a small soda. This isn't unique to this fast-food chain—Burger King has similar practices with their slushees, and McDonald's does the same with their milkshakes, among others. It seems that in the fast-food world, if you order soda, they bring you a huge serving, but if you choose any other drink, it arrives in a small cup labeled as large. The flavor was fantastic, but unfortunately, the cherry taste didn't linger long enough!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through the mobile app on November 27. My order was accepted, and the payment was taken from my card, but when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the system was down. Taco Bell accepted my payment, but I still haven't received a refund. If your system isn’t functioning properly, you should stop accepting orders. I'm not pleased with this situation.
I had an issue with my order at Taco Bell; they failed to include the drink that was supposed to come with my meal. When I asked the DoorDash delivery person about it, she explained that Taco Bell only provided the one drink I ordered separately, not the large Sierra Mist that was meant to accompany my meal. Taco Bell, I urge you to improve and ensure that you fulfill your menu promises.
When I arrived at the hotel and opened the bag to enjoy my soft shell tacos, I discovered they had been packed upside down. As I tried to take them out, they slipped out of the wrapper and spilled all over the bottom of the bag. It honestly seemed like it was done on purpose. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell, and I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to visit a different location.

I arrived at this restaurant at 8:57, only to find it already closed despite the posted closing time of 9:30. No one would respond to me at the door. I have a taco lovers pass that can only be used at this location, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. I think they should be held accountable for this situation!
Fast service, the cashier's are very nice and will take your order fast. I come to this location once or twice a month and depending on the day it can get busy here like on a Friday or Saturday afternoon. I came In the other day to buy the Taco box and my order was done fast no wait longer than 5 minutes. Thank you!
I experienced food poisoning from the meal we ordered there yesterday. I cannot recommend this location, as it seems that sanitary standards are not being maintained.
