I ordered the nacho fries box.. waited over 40 minutes for my food.. Instead of my order coming.. I'm told that there were no more fries. I requested 2 soft tacos to be added to my order.. I still hadnt received my meal.. So I ended up getting my moneyback and I kept my drink TACO BELL on HESPERIAN IN HAYWARD.. needs to shut down and go back to training I WILL NOT BESUPPORTING TACO BELL EVER AGAIN.
I went through the drive-thru that night ?. The wait was long, fresh food and hot. Customer service was nice and friendly. I just didn't like strangers walking around the drive-thru who don't work there and aren't customers of their service either. Otherwise, everything great and they can't control everything. Continue being great ?
I recently tried the new burrito with grilled cheese on top at this restaurant. I really enjoyed it. I also downloaded the app in the parking lot before placing my order. Setting up the app was simple and made the ordering process easy. My order was ready quickly and the whole process was efficient.
I visited the drive-thru during lunchtime on Election Day and was pleasantly surprised to find it empty. I received my food quickly, and the staff were polite and wearing the necessary PPE for the pandemic. The quality of the food was on par with Taco Bell. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service at this restaurant has gotten better! My food was hot and I only had to wait under 10 minutes at the drive-thru. Thank you. (I would give it 5 stars if the worker had smiled or even said "have a nice day")
Always love this place service can be a handful of sometimes but they are down to earth people and if you let them know your situation they will let you eat
I can't comment on the food or service since they wouldn't accept a $20 bill I got from the bank. Instead, I decided to go to In-N-Out Burger.
